Kurved by Design, Principal Designer Kellie, was commissioned to provide the complete interior design plan for two luxury town houses in St Kilda. Once completed, Kurved by Design staged the property and it sold in record time
With only the floor plan and an artist’s image of the exterior Kellie was asked to create something spectacular. Kellie undertook extensive market research to determine what features were attractive to local buyers, who they were, plus current overseas trends.
Kellie’s interior design plan was truly elegant. There were bold colour choices with dark natural materials combined with bright gold and lots of light.
The show stopping kitchen featured ebony Caesarstone stone with vanilla veins, on the bench, countertops and splashback. Natural Elm was chosen for cupboards and drawers. Sophisticated pops of bright gold were throughout - on taps, sinks and grout. Other features included a free-standing stone bath, LED lighting and jet black wall fittings and frames against white walls.
In 2021, Kurved by Design staged the property for sale. The first sold before it was open for inspection. The second sold straight after its first open house.
