Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The returned product(s) must be in our possession within 30 days of you receiving the delivery.

Change of Mind

We cannot offer change-of-mind refunds and returns. We do not offer warranties. However if you change your mind and decide to not proceed with your purchase after payment, before the item is dispatched, simply let us know and we’ll take care of it for you. If your goods are still in our warehouse we can cancel your order and provide you with a refund. In the case that your order has been dispatched by the warehouse, all shipping charges and delivery fees will be non-refundable.  Note that any return to sender and/or return fees payable by the customer are non-refundable.

Faulty/Significant Difference/Transit damage

In the case of faulty products or significant differences, Kurved by Design will work with you to find a solution that you’re satisfied with in accordance with consumer law. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If a product is faulty, significantly different than advertised, not fulfilling its purpose or if you believe that your product(s) has been damaged in transit, you must report it to Kurved by Design within 48 hours of receiving a delivery. You will be advised by our support team to take and send photos and/ or videos of the issue to illustrate the problem.

Click and Collect damage

Please note that all items are inspected prior to customer collection. It is always the customer's responsibility to ensure safe pick-ups and deliveries to and from Kurved by Design’s warehouse. Kurved by Design is not responsible for any transit damage that occurs in the event of customer pick-ups. When you have collected your item from our warehouse, Kurved by Design is not required to refund you the total product cost and/ or replace the damaged item for you. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We do not accept returns of items that are personal care goods or include flammable or chemical materials. We do not accept returns of our Ecoya products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Requesting to return a product

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@kurvedbydesign.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted. Returns must be sent to the following address: Kurved by Design, 1/60 Barry St, Bayswater VIC 3153

Returning a product

Please note that all returns must be delivered to our Kurved by Design warehouse in safe order for inspection and assessment. We require the faulty product/s to be packaged adequately, including all accessories and parts, and not assembled or partly assembled in any way to avoid additional damage in transit. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags attached, in a condition that it can be resold, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping cost of returned item

All costs regarding a return delivery or collection are at the customer’s expense. Customers are welcome to return the product/s themselves to our warehouse during business hours to save on re-delivery costs. If the customer cannot return the product/s to our warehouse themselves, we can arrange a collection from the customer’s street or residential address at the customer’s expense. Kurved by Design will not be responsible for any costs associated with shipping the return.

Approving Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned product, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If the returned product(s) are found not to be resellable, through no fault of Kurved by Design, then Kurved by Design, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to only refund 50% or less of the product price paid by the customer at the time of purchase. (Exclusions apply) 

If you are approved to be refunded, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
