SHIPPING POLICY
By requesting shipping of your purchased product from Kurved by Design you agree to be bound by Kurved by Design’s Shipping Policy and other policies published on our website. Kurved by Design may amend these policies from time to time, so we encourage you to review them as use of this website will indicate your acceptance of them. This Shipping policy should be read together with our Website Terms of Use, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to purchase our products; and by doing so you warrant and represent to us that you are at least eighteen (18) years old.
Dispatch
All goods in stock will be dispatched within 3 business days of your order. This will be done from Monday to Friday during business hours, excluding public holidays. Orders cannot be sent to a post office box, parcel locker or an international address.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery time is:
- Melbourne: Up to 3 days
- Sydney and Adelaide: 3-5 days
- All other cities: 5-10 days
- Please note these times are estimates.
All our orders are shipped with Sendle, a 100% carbon neutral shipping service. Once your shipment goes out, you will receive an email with your tracking information and ETA. With your seven-digit tracking number you can track your package anytime at http://try.sendle.com/tracking If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact Kurved by Design.
Sendle uses a range of third-party providers, including DHL. Sendle customers are bound by DHL’s shipping terms as well. For more information go to https://www.dhl.com/au-en/home.html
Changes to delivery information can only be made prior to the parcel being dispatched.

Kurved by Design Item prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST. Item prices are subject to change as reflected on our website. Maximum parcel sizes and weights
The longest side of any parcel cannot be bigger than 1.2m (120cm). For drop off, the maximum size is 10kg/40L
Important notice: Shipping of larger or bulky items can vary on location. We reserve the right to contact you if the freight charged at checkout is not substantial enough. Freight is charged by weight and not delivery destination. This mainly applies to regional customers.
Parcel Requirements
Sendle has the right to open and inspect parcels at any time, without notice to the sender or recipient, to determine the nature, condition, ownership or destination of the contents.
Sendle also has the right to do anything deemed appropriate in its sole discretion. If Sendle thinks a parcel contains goods that may become dangerous they have the right to check. This includes the right to destroy or dispose of the goods or contact any relevant authorities to do so. Sendle is not liable for the non-delivery of goods under this Clause.
Delivery
All parcels are tracked within Sendle’s network of delivery providers. Parcels may be left unattended at the delivery address when marked “Authority to Leave” or “ATL” if the delivery provider deems it safe to do so. Sendle and Kurved by Design hold no responsibility for goods left unattended at a delivery address when the parcel is marked “ATL”.
Sendle may make one attempt to re-deliver the parcel free of charge.
If the first re-delivery attempt is unsuccessful, then the Customer may be able to arrange to collect the parcel from the courier or pay for a new delivery.
Our delivery agents reserve the right to decline to enter any premises that they deem to be dangerous or unsafe. If this occurs, Sendle will attempt to contact the receiver to make alternative arrangements, failing which the parcel will be returned to Kurved by Design.
Local Pick Up
All items are able to be picked up personally from 2/60 Barry St, Bayswater. All items in the online store are in our retail store onsite so you can simply pop in and purchase your item at a time that suits you.
Limited Liability
Parcels are sent at your own risk. Sendle excludes liability for any loss or damage that occurs during transit that is:
- ordinary wear and tear,
- leakage from your Goods,
- delay or caused by an event outside of our control
- electrical or mechanical breakdown or malfunction unless there is visible external evidence of physical damage to the Parcel
- Force Majeure - non-performance excused to the extent that performance is rendered impossible or impractical by acts of God, lightning strike, earthquakes, floods, storms, explosions, fires and any natural disaster, acts of war, acts of public enemies, terrorism, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, sabotage and governmental acts, orders or restrictions.
